SITE CONTEXT

Royal Elm Park, the name chosen for our proposal, reflects our pride in our club’s history, and the optimism we feel for its future. Inspired by the club’s former home at Elm Park we hope to capture some of the history, pride and energy of Reading Football Club and its loyal fans.

This under developed parcel of land (15.5 hectares) around Madejski Stadium currently exists as a car park and training dome / pitch. We believe in the potential of this development opportunity to deliver significant community benefits and fulfil the potential of Reading and the Club.
